Return Policy


We value you and your family and hope you find our product beneficial and easy to use. If you are unhappy with an EZ Serve N SEAL Lids® product in any way, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@ezserveandseallid.com.

Refunds are offered for EZ Serve N SEAL Lids® returns within 5 days of purchase, that meet the following criteria:

  • Lack of damage, use, washed or altered state after removing the lids from the package
  • Adherence to proper use and care (see more in use & care in this website)
  • Customer pays full shipping cost and returns in the original packaging

We will do everything to take care of your return quickly.

  • It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Returns with documentation and that follow the return policy and instructions listed on this page will receive priority consideration.

If you purchased a product online and it is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team at email info@ezserveandseallid.com within 5 days of receiving the good.

If you purchased a product at a retail store and receive a damaged or defective item, please contact the specific store where the purchase was made.

Return Instructions:

  • Send an email to info@ezserveandseallid.com with the reason you are requesting a return and a copy or photo of your EZ Serve N SEAL Lids® Pan order receipt that clearly shows
    name, shipping address, billing address, and order number
